What are some good responses when a job interviewer asks what your strength and weaknesses are?

Hi, Go buy the book, 101 Great Answers to the Toughest Interview Questions, 4th Edition by Ron Fry. Perhaps the 5th Edition is out. Read it from cover to cover. On page 58 Ron Fry tells you what the employer is looking for. For strengths, prepare to match your strengths and accomplishments directly to the requirements of the job. Say you have a singular skill for meeting the most unreasonable deadlines. For weakness pick one: Say you are a workaholic. But you are doing your best to remedy your “condition” by reading books on time management. Or you can say, you have a tendency to take on too much yourself, you’re trying to solve the problem by delegating more. Keep it short and don’t dwell on it. Don’t forget to send the important “thank you note” the same day as your interview to the hiring authority. Good luck.
