What are some of the activities of CLI?
Annual Conference: CLI hosts an annual diversity conference in Denver the Legal Inclusiveness & Diversity Summit. The Summit is typically held in mid-March each year at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Since 2008, the Summit has featured Dr. Arin Reeves of Nextions, a leading national expert in legal diversity and inclusiveness. In 2011, the Summit will feature five strands of workshops: Leadership, Inclusiveness, Diversity & Inclusiveness Research and Training, Professional Development, and Balanced Hours. Sponsorships will be available in early November and registration will open in January. GC/MP Leadership Model: Ten Colorado GCs and over 40 law firm managing partners are collaborating on a new model for leadership in diversity and inclusiveness.
