What are some of the new or different components of this years application process compared to prior years grants?
This year’s grant and application process includes three significant changes. First, the project period has been increased from 18 to up to 24 months. Second, the competitive preference number one used in FY 2009 is not being used in FY 2010. Third, the recommended estimated funding levels have been increased.
