What are some quick, easy dessert recipes?
I have a bunch fo dessert cookbooks filled with simple and tasty recipes. Cookies and cream fudge (it tastes better than it sounds) ing. 3 six-ounce packages white chocolate baking squares 1 fourteen-ounce can EAGLE BARND condensed milk (NOT evaportaed milk) but it could be any brand….its just from an eagle brand cookbook thats why… 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 cups coarsly crushed chocolate creme filled sandwhich cookies (about 20 cookies) steps 1. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with EAGLE Brand and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in crushed cookies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill 2-3 hours OR until firm. 2. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Pell off foil; cut into squares. Store tighly covered at room tempertaure.
