This forum is free, but we have to pay the bills somehow. The affiliate ads are provided to generate income to pay for site hosting and software upgrades. We hope to also provide a small cash bonus to our moderation staff in the future. They are set to rotate with each refresh of the page. There are also google ads which are rotated by google directly. The google ads pay for each click. The affiliate ads only pay if you click and then purchase something from that vendor.
