Your basic needs would include an up-to-date computer with internet access, a fax machine, and a separate, dedicated phone line that is answered “Carteret Mortgage Corporation. ” You will also need a version of LOS and other software. Once you have completed the hiring procedure, you will be e-mailed a “Getting Started Packet” which will guide you through all of the procedures and will itemize all of the required items that you will need.
