Here are a few practices you can follow to get the best possible experience for yourself and the participants: 1. PowerPoint set to advance on Click will work best for Present Live. Rehearsed/narrated presentations will not play automatically in Present Live interface and may sometime result in repetition of animations set to play with/after previous. 2. Test your presentation to see all your animations are working fine before you send the invites. 3. Send the URL at least 15 minutes in advance in an e-mail to all your contacts so that they are able to enter your discussion on time 4. For better visual experience ask the participants to view the presentation in Browser’s full screen mode (F11).
