The Paradigm Pages represent a mechanism for tracking the CFG’s progress against its overall goal to ‘define paradigms by which protein-carbohydrate interactions mediate cell communication’. 30 ‘paradigm’ glycan-binding proteins (GBPs) were selected by a committee of experts to represent all mammalian and microbial GBPs within the scope of the CFG.
