The co-pay (applicable to all plan members) for prescription drugs, both retail and mail order is $3 for generic drugs, $9 for preferred brand-name drugs and $22 for non-preferred brand-name drugs for a 30-day or 90-day supply. All co-pays are to be paid at the time of service.
