What are the conditions for entering parameters?
You can not leave TDR Name field empty. Parameter Name should be unique. User can leave fields of Specification and Sim Performance empty. If you have entered some Parameters and wants to add a new parameter on top or in the middle of Parameters, then click on the Add New button ( or Alt+A ) to add a new parameter. Yield Power will add it at the current cell position. After defining all the parameters click on the Save button then Yield Power will show a success message that New TDR is defined. And that TDR Name will be added in the left pan of TDR Management screen where you can view its details as well. You can also define TDR Date, however system’s date will be displayed by default.
