Answer Together there are a total of 8 devices in the Holtek Dot Matrix LCD type MCU series. Made up from different memory sizes and others and LCD suported from 160 to 2048 pixels. HTG2130, HTG2150, HTG2160, HTG2190 and HTG21A0 are Mask Type MCUs, while HT2150R, HT2190R and HT21A0R are OTP Type MCUs.
