Success Measures incorporates a set of 44 core indicators in Housing, Economic Development and Community-Building as well as 100+ corresponding data collection tools. The tools include surveys, interviews, focus group guides, observation protocols and other research tools to gather the data for a particular indicator. These indicators and tools were developed and tested collaboratively by practitioners and researchers. They provide a menu of choices that address a range of community development outcomes common to many different organizations, programs and communities.
