What are the costs at Jeffersons Ferry?
There are 2 fees: a one-time Entrance Fee and a regular monthly service fee. Jefferson’s Ferry offers two Entrance Fee plans: 90% Refundable and Traditional. The 90% Refundable entrance fee provides a guaranteed refund of 90% of the original fee should you leave the community for any reason or it will go to your estate. The Traditional entrance fee is less expensive, with the refundable portion declining at the rate of 2% per month of occupancy over a period of four years. You can choose the plan that is right for you based on your individual financial portfolio. The monthly fee includes all the high quality services and amenities: utilities (except phone and cable), one meal daily, bi-weekly housekeeping, weekly linen service, maintenance, scheduled transportation, security, parking and round-the- clock emergency response.
