What are the costs to sell/rent my timeshare?

There are absolutely no other fees involved, such as closing costs, commissions, appraisal fees, etc. Timeshare Resale World, LLC is a co operative advertising agency. We are assisting you, our client, in selling or renting your timeshare by owner. Essentially we can advertise on a much larger scale, on your behalf, because all of our owners are sharing/cooperating in the costs involved. TRW generates the exposure necessary to achieve success in the sales/rental of your timeshare unit(s).
