Service of the complaint is $20, and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office charges $70 to execute the Writ of Possession. That’s $370 in court fees, assuming only one defendant. If there are multiple defendants on your complaint, the fees are more. The court fees are also higher if you sue for money, in addition to possession.
