Schools shall be deemed under-enrolled when enrollment is below 90% of permanent FISH capacity and are projected to remain under 90% of permanent capacity for the following school year. A school shall be deemed overcrowded when enrollment is greater than 110% of permanent FISH and it is projected to have an enrollment greater than 110% of permanent FISH capacity for the following school year. This is currently being reviewed to allow for 100% of gross capacity (includes all relocatables) at each school site to meet Level of Service until 2019-2020.
