What are the different brands of personal computers?
There are many different kinds of personal computers in the market today. The most popular brands of personal computers are HP, Dell, Lenovo, Fujitsu, and Acer. There are many more brands out there including the brandless ones. The brandless ones are commonly referred to PC clones. Sometimes even unknown brands are referred to PC clones. Strictly speaking, a Macintosh is also a PC because it still has a monitor, a processor, input devices, etcetera (more on parts of the computer in the next section). There are several debates going on about the pros and cons of a Macintosh versus a PC but at the end of the day, they are still the same.
