• What are the construction characteristics for this series? This product series consists of a single ASIC and a MEMS resonator die stacked inside a QFN-type plastic injection molded packaging. This assembly configuration results in good thermal performance, high reliability, and low lead inductance. The termination I/O pads consist of Ni/Pd/Au metallization. • How do I electrically test this product at my facility? It is recommended that the customer use the test fixture configuration specified by Ecliptek. Please see the applicable EMS series test circuit diagrams for the suggested test circuit diagram. • Can I obtain frequencies outside the published frequency range? This series of products features frequencies ranging from 1MHz to 175MHz. Frequencies in the range of 87.001M to 92.999MHz are not available due to limitations of the device. Please contact the factory for frequencies outside of this range.
