Ans: Your World Prepaid SIM card has two profiles for your convenience. While roaming in all countries except USA, use your Global Profile which activates your +44 number. When you are in USA, use your US profile. This activates your +1 number. If you wish to receive calls on your US number while in other Countries simple forward your calls to your +44 number. Please note that $0.25 will be charged per minute to receive calls on roaming on your US profile. Steps: When you switch on your phone you will see a menu with options.
