DDGS is corn mash that has been dried to 10% to 12% moisture. • Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) – DDGS has an almost indefinite shelf life and may be sold and shipped to any market regardless of its vicinity to an ethanol plant. At all of the production facilities, the composition of the distillers grains is expected to be approximately 100% DDGS.
