What are the Documentary proofs that the surety must submit along with the Service Agreement?
In case the surety is an Income tax payee, then the original or attested photo copy of the latest Form 16 (for salaried individuals) else Form 2 D (for self-employed individuals) / IT Returns (acknowledged copy of IT Assessment order copy) or in case the surety is not an Income Tax Payee, then submit original/ attested photocopy of the Surety’s Land Deed / Land Passbook along with a recent Valuation certificate of the property (in English only) duly signed and sealed by the competent authority (civil authorities, architect , tehsildar).
