What are the “documentary requirements” that an applicant must submit to CGCA to avail of a Credit Guaranty Facility ?
The following are the documents that have to be evaluated in two (2) stages by CGCA, for an Applicant to avail of a CGCA Credit Guaranty Facility: A. The “Pre-Approval” Stage • Company profile of the Project Owner/Applicant, including three (3) years of financial statements. If the company is newly organized for the purpose of the project, the principal stockholder’s company profile and financial statements should be submitted to show financial strength of the Project Owner. • Bio-data or resume of the major stockholders and the principal officers operating the company. • Brief business plan: The business plan should indicate among others, the amount needed by the project, the proposed manner of repayments, and the sources of repayments. • Master plan, conceptual design and floor plan of the project. • Legal description of the title/s to the property/ties. The certified true copy of the Title/s to the property/ties should also be submitted. It has to be free from lien and encumbrances.
