What are the easiest types of bread to make from scratch?
You Tell Me: What do you make from scratch? I’ve been making my own bread lately. Since the price of groceries is going up (and up and up), I’ve been looking for even more ways to cut back. I’m also on something of a health kick lately, and I’m trying to stay away from processed foods. With that in mind, I’ve been trying to bake from scratch. In my experience, quick breads that do not require any rising time are the easiest breads to make from scratch. This would include: muffins loaf breads like banana nut bread corn bread spoon bread batter bread For recipes, go to cooks.com. Sources: This is my opinion.
