What are the effects on the enviroment of tourism on Antartica?

It is a piece of ice, to put it rather crudely. No one lives there. It has no government, no highways, no cities. The only people who are there are scientists, maybe a few poachers, etc but even they do not stick around long because the weather is not fit for survival and landing a plane there is very dangerous depending on the season of the year Your teacher may have heard the story about the ozone layer over Antartica and now wants to talk about it. The truth is though, no one really knows if it is eroding, because this was only discovered rather recently, and no one has has studied it long enough to know what kind of fluctuation cycle it has.
