What are the eligibility requirements for participation in the SLBE Program?
• Be certified as a Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”)** by the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Office of Supplier Diversity or as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) by the State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (“DOT”) and • Become a registered vendor on MDC Central Bidder Registry (“CBR”).
