What are the General Terms and Conditions set-forth by CMI?
Standard Terms and Conditions 1. Terms of Payment. Crowley Marketing, Inc. (CMI) shall provide an invoice to Purchaser describing goods and services. Once fully executed, this invoice supercedes any purchase order or insertion order (IO) provided by the Purchaser. The executed invoice shall serve as documentation in addressing net name arrangements, undeliverables, list licenses, and any other special concessions grated at time of purchase. Any concessions not noted on the executed invoice are not provided by Crowley Marketing, Inc. (CMI). Purchaser agrees to pre-pay CMI. Terms may be made available to existing clients on approved credit. Late payments bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, or if less, the highest rate permitted under law. 2. No Assignment or Resale. Purchaser may not resell, assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder without approval of CMI. 3. Purchaser Representations (Campaign Specific).
