What are the grounds for filing the complaint for the impeachment of President Estrada?
Under the 1987 Constitution, any of the following grounds may be alleged in order to file a complaint for impeachment against, among others, the President of the Republic: culpable violation of the Constitution, treason, bribery, graft and corruption, other high crimes, or betrayal of public trust (Sec. 2, Art. XI).
