The pools for WVU Parkersburg, WVU Tech and WVU CTC are 3.5% each. The budget for salary increases is dependent upon many factors, such as changes in enrollment, ability to increase tuition, and the receipt of additional appropriated state funds. WVU Parkersburg, WVU Tech, and WVUIT-CTC were unable to fund a 5% pool due to one or more of those factors.
