• PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Aside from what is recommended below, we suggest using mats at all entrances and regular vacuuming of all heavy traffic areas daily and all other areas at least two or three times each week with a high quality upright vacuum. • REMOVAL OF SPOTS AND SPILLS: We recommend blotting spills and clean-up with a spot cleaner approved at Pat’s Discount Carpet & Flooring. Such cleaners are available at our Discount Showroom. • OVERALL CLEANING ON A REGULAR BASIS: We recommend the hot water extraction method, or “steam cleaning” as it is more widely known.
