What are the largest cities in the Caribbean?
If referring solely to the islands in the Caribbean (and not mainland Central America), then the Cuban capital Havana (pop between 2 and 3 million) is the largest city on any of them. Not too far behind (roughly 2 million inhabitants) would be Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic. The troubled city of Port-au-Prince would probably be next in line (pop 700,000), just ahead of the Jamaican capital, Kingston.
