• Just like SmartMessage Center, SmartPay requires a Windows PC or Mac, running Internet Explorer v6.0 or greater or the latest versions of Firefox or Safari. Your browser must also have cookies turned on. A high speed internet connection is recommended. Other computer browser types and mobile browsers may work, but are currently not fully supported. • The person collecting money using SmartPay must have working CircleUp and Amazon.com accounts. Those paying money using SmartPay only need to have an Amazon.com account with a valid credit card on file. Getting CircleUp.com and Amazon.com accounts are easy, fast and FREE.
