What are the minimum requirements to complete the programme?
A. The Board of Examiners (BoE), not the tutors, validate the candidates achievement. The BoE expects each student to participate in more than half of the real-time sessions (normally on Thursday evenings 5-7pm) and to study the archived material. Students are expected to contribute to the discussion boards and participate in the academic conferences and peer-review exercises, though these are formative only. Marks awarded for the written assignments determine the final level of achievement. Compliance with deadlines for handing in work at the end of the course is obligatory. If the deadline is missed, then the student should submit an explanation to the BoE.
