The NSCA Certification will accept any adult CPR certification obtained by attending a CPR course that meets the following criteria: • Must have a hands-on training component (certification through an online course will not be accepted) • Must include a skills performance evaluation • Must require the passing of a written exam examples of accepted CPR providers: • American Heart Association (Heartsaver) • Red Cross(including Blended Learning First Aid/CPR/AED Program) • National Safety Council • St. John Ambulance If a CPR provider is not listed here, you must provide documentation showing it meets the above criteria.
