Hi Im not sure what exactly you mean, however getting oxygen at home is usually because of having a medical condition such as c.o.p.d etc.It is usually done by the nhs and its arranged befor the patient comes home, also portable oxygen will also be supplied, Oxygen cannot be delivered to your house unless nhs registered as far as im aware hope this helps.
