What are the productivity targets? Will I be able to achieve them?
The productivity target for picking is an amount of trays you need to pick within 1 hour. We are experienced growers and know what an average picker should be able to achieve. The targets are set daily depending on nature of the crop. It is in both the companys and workers interest for productivity bonus to be achieved.
