Your donor operator may reject your port request based on following reasons: • Number is not registered in your Name • Number is not registered on your NIC/CNIC • Number is not in connected status. • Number has been terminated from the donors network. • SIM card number that you have provided to the recipient does not match the one in Donors database. • You have outstanding balance against your postpaid number. • One or more numbers registered on your ID are in default (The number for which the services are in suspension with a net financial receivable). • Number cannot be ported as it is bound by the some contract that you may have signed with the donor operator. • Your connection is less than 60 days old. • You have given request for change of MSISDN that is in process. • You have given request for change of ownership that in process. • Number requested for porting is in disputed and litigation is in progress (the matter is in a court of law in Pakistan).
