What are the register definition differences between MAX1463 and MAX1464?
A. Three changes have been made to the register definitions: 1) Register 08h, “ADC_Config_TA”, have been redefined to include PGA gain (PGAT[4:0]=ADC_Config_TA[15:11]) setting for temperature conversion. Other bits remain unchanged. 2) Register 31h, “Power-On Control”, PWRWFL bit (bit-12) is no longer needed, and it is “don’t-care” in the MAX1464. 3) Register 33h, “Current Source Control”, has been eliminated.
