For CY 2007, send a check for $186, payable to New Jersey Lawyers Fund for Client Protection, together with the original and two copies of the completed downloaded form to Stephen W. Townsend, Clerk of the Supreme Court, P.O. Box 970, Trenton, NJ 08625-0970. The Clerk’s office will forward the materials to the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund, which will return a stamped copy of the form to you for your files.
