Qualifications: · must be resident of Marikina City · must be the declared owner of residential real property in the city · must be non-delinquent in the payment of residential real property Requirements: (New Applicant) · Properly filled-up Application Form · Photocopy of Official Receipt of latest payment of Real Property Tax · Photocopy of latest Tax Declaration · Any valid Identification Card (ID) and/or proof of billing · In case of spouses, bring photocopy of Marriage Contract Requirements: (For Renewal) · Old MCF Privilege Card · Photocopy of Official Receipt of payment of Real Property Tax · Properly filled-up Application Form (duplicate) Notes: · The person whose name appears on Tax Declaration should be the one availing the MCF Privilege Card
