We require all patient’s to have a Psychiatric and Nutritional evaluation. Certain basic tests / evaluation are done prior to surgery: a Complete Blood Count (CBC), Urinalysis, and a Chemistry Panel. All patients require a chest X-ray and an electrocardiogram. Other tests, such as pulmonary function testing, echocardiogram, sleep studies, GI evaluation, and cardiology evaluation may be requested when indicated.
