What are the Search Operators and what does minimum and maximum mean?
The search operators vary based on the search criteria field and let you narrow your search using Equals, Equals All, Not Equal, Minimum, Maximum or Between. Minimum means no less than as in a minimum of 3 baths or more and Maximum means no greater than as in a maximum price of $200,000. . If your drop downs are not visible, turn them on by clicking ‘Show advance Search Options’ on the bottom right.
