What are the side effects of mixing paxil with alcohol?
If some one is taking an anti depressant of any kind they should not be drinking alcohol on top. You do one or the other, drink and drown yr sorrows, or take the medication and hope that works. I think if yr friend is drinking on top of the anti-deppressants then they are obviously not working. Most of them don’t. If they was working then yr friend woudn’t feel the need to use alcohol on top would he? Tell your friend to go back to the doctor. I think he needs some councerling to help him come to terms with why he feels so deppressed. There is always a reason. Nothing happens without a reason. If he can get to the bottom of that then he will feel better in general. Things are never quite as bad as we think they are. Wish yr friend good luck.
