The LDA expects that, for specifications 2 to 6, projects will be approved by September 2009 and grant negotiations are likely to take place in the following weeks. Projects will be able to backdate spend related to ESF to 1st October 2009 once the grant agreement has been signed. For all specifications the last date for job entry will be 31 May 2011.
