You can submit wage detail in the following ways: • FTP: (by invitation only for very large employers and agents). • File Upload: Upload a pre-formatted wage detail file online. • Copy from Previous: Select a previous quarter’s submission data online and copy the basic records for editing, deleting, and/or adding. • Manual Entry: Enter new wage records one at a time online. • Zero-Wage Report: If you did not pay wages during the quarter, you can quickly submit a Zero Wage report online. • Telephone ( IVR) filing: If Internet access is an issue, telephone filing is available at 651-296-6141. This is only recommended for employers with a small number of employees.
