What are the supporting application materials that I should send?
• three letters of recommendation complete with coversheets, and signed waivers (coversheets are downloadable from the Graduate Division) • two official copies of transcripts • two official English translation of transcripts (when applicable) • two cover sheets for statement of purpose (download here and submit TWO copies, make sure your emphasis is filled out) • two copies of statement of purpose (Two copies of the statement of purpose, which includes a section on personal achievements/contributions and your Resume/Vita, are required to be submitted by mail. There is no length requirement, and you do not have to submit separate cover sheets for all three elements.
