It is not currently mandatory for dental practices and pharmacies to complete the IG toolkit and there are no deadlines set as yet. NHS CFH are working with the relevant bodies to encourage dental practices and pharmacies to provide IG assurances by engaging with the IG toolkit and work is underway to include the IGT as a contractual commitment for such organisations.
