What are the uses and dangers of electromagnetic radiation?

0

The “dangers of electromagnetic radiation” (while some dangers certainly exist, as with EVERYTHING including both air & water!) are largely a media invention, since EMF is generated by all energy, and (as Einstein proved) since everything is actually made of energy, the only way to avoid EMF would be to move to another universe! “Electromagnetic radiation” is simply just the energy movement that occurs when charged particles move past each other. It takes various forms (nuclear radiation, x-rays, heat, light, UV energy, etc.) depending on the interaction of those particles and the resultant wavelength of the radiation. Without those details, your question is unanswerable. You would gain more useful information with questions that addressed a specific wavelength (or wavelength range) of EMF, such as ‘What are the uses and dangers of visible light radiation?’ or ‘What are the uses and dangers of heat radiation?’ “EMF” and magnetism have long been demonized and/or sainted (without basis)

Electromagnetic Radiations consist of several wavelength and further categorized. Radio waves – Long and short distance communication. Micro waves – Cooking and mobile communication. Infrared Waves – Night vision and heat detection. Light – General vision and surgery in form of Lasers. Ultraviolet – Disinfecting water and other food. X -ray – Medicine and security check. Gamma rays – Nuclear physics and Medicine. Radio and micro waves if of High intensity can heat the Body. Infrared – Heats everything and can burn things. Light – High intensity can cause Blindness and burning. UV – causes skin cancer. X – ray can pass through skin and cause deep tissue damage. Gamma rays have higher penetratio power than X ray and can cause tissue damage and cell mutation.
