Trimspa contains Chromium (75 mcg) and a 667.5 mg “proprietary blend” of the following other ingredients: • Glucomannan • Cocoa Extract • Green Tea Extract (40% caffeine) • Hoodia Gordonii • Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose • Glucosamine HCI • Citrus Naringin • Vanadium What the fancy “proprietary blend” tells you is that the manufacturer/marketer does not want to tell you the exact amounts of the active ingredients in their formula. How much Hoodia Gordonii is there in Trimspa? Nobody knows. If you get the shakes, you can bet they tilted the formula heavy on the Green Tea side.
