What are we doing to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour?
The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 gave powers to Local Authorities, Police and Housing Associations to effectively tackle anti-social behaviour. Boston Borough Council encourages all members of the public to take a stand against Anti-Social Behaviour and to report the problems that you are experiencing. If you want to report anti-social behaviour in your area, you can complete the on-line form or telephone 01205 314318. Please report any issues by using the online anti-social behaviour form. We take all complaints of anti-social behaviour seriously and will fully investigate all complaints. We may ask you to complete an Anti-Social Behaviour Diary to record details of the incidents as they occur. This is very important evidence as it will prove the extent of the behaviour and will allow us to take appropriate action.
