What benefits do homeowners and developers receive when the Urban Renewal Agency completes a new project area?
The Jackson County Urban Renewal Agency is in the process of completing water, sewer, and street improvements in the White City area. These improvements provide a benefit to all property owners in White City. Unlike other municipalities, the Agency bears the full cost of the improvements and does not require individual homeowners to pay for these improvements through local improvement districts (LID’s).
